How long does therapy take?

Therapy is something you enter into freely because you choose to. Although there can be rapid leaps forward in terms of healing, the process of therapy normally takes time. It is not necessarily a quick fix or instant solution to your problems, but with courage and a willingness to change, it can lead towards greater balance and well-being in your life.
